  • 180 km cycle (consists of 40.5 km loops  X 4)
  • Smooth rolling paved shoulder - suitable for road or tri-bike
    • Drafting is allowed
    • Open to 16 yrs. of age and up
  • Transition open Rod and Reel Resort - 6:30 am
    • Athletes safety event meeting - 7:00 am
    • Boats with swimmers depart - 7:30 am
